SMALL AREA HOT STAMPING
Ideal for applying decorative foils or pre-printed heat transfers to flat or slightly curved surfaces these machines are available in several tonnage ranges so that the unit can be sized for the application.
While the stamping force of these three models is limited to small-area graphics, a wide range of component sizes can be accommodated. The equipment design also provides advanced capabilities to reduce set-up time, simplify trouble-shooting and provide smooth, controlled foil advance. All are available with the WebTrakTM _toping Unit for heat transfer applications.

LARGE AREA HOT STAMPING
These Vertical Stamping Machines are designed to accommodate larger area graphics and much bigger components. The maximum stamping force of these four models ranges from 4 tons to 20 tons and the design provides the same features and advanced capabilities as the smaller area machines.

PERIPHERY MARKING EQUIPMENT
Periphery marking equipment is used to apply foils or pre-printed transfers to the perimeter of cylindrical components. The advantage of this process is that up to 360° of the components circumference can be decorated in one machine cycle.
The component shape and size as well as required production output dictate the ideal machine for your application.
Model US PS 1000· Decorates cylindrical components that are capable of being supported on a mandrel. · Accommodates components up to 3" (75mm) in diameter and 6" (150mm) long.
Model US PS 1500· Decorates cylindrical components that are capable of being supported on a mandrel. · For components up to 3" (75mm) in diameter and 2-¾" (70mm)long.
Model US VPC
· Ideal for decorating self-supporting cylindrical parts that are compatible with a cradle-type holding fixture. Lipstick and mascara tubes. · Designed to handle parts up to 1" (25mm)in diameter and 4" (100mm) long.
ROLL-ON EQUIPMENT & AUTOMATED SYSTEMS A complete range of roll-on machines for the application of Foil or Heat Transfers to large-area surfaces is available. With this method a silicone rubber roller delivers heat and pressure through line contact with the component. Machine selection is based on criteria such as component design, decorating width, and required production output.
